Goal:
Develop the capability to sustain your organization during the early hours of a disaster when community emergency responders are typically not available.  Train a core team of employees to minimize injuries and provide medical attention and comfort to employees and their family members.

Deliverables:

• 24-hour customized emergency response team training program to equip employees with advanced life-safety skills including:
o Module 1 – Personal and family preparedness
o Module 2 – Fire suppression and light search and rescue
o Module 3 - Disaster medical operations and disaster psychology
o Module 4 – Incident command system structure
o Module 5 – Skills lab and simulated disaster exercise.
